THE AGRONOMIST ANSWERS ON HOW TO GROW AND CARE FOR PLANTS

Is there anything I can do to save a tillandsia found on the street?

QUESTION OF MIMOSA

Good evening Doctor,

I saved a plant of tillandsia from the street (I think it happened), perhaps fallen from some terrace.

I wish I could take care of her but I have no idea what her needs may be as it seems to me that she is not doing so well (I attach photos).

Is there anything that can be done?

Thank you very much.

See you soon

Mimosa

AGRONOM ANSWERS

Hello Mimosa,

you were really good at recovering this poor plant. Personally I find the Tillandsia some delicious plants.

So ... it doesn't look very bad apart from the lower dry leaves. With a little good will I think he can make it back.

Place it on a support of your liking in a bright position (but without receiving direct sunlight) where you can fix it with a little mastic for plants and then follow the instructions given in the technical sheet dedicated to Tillandsia. I also recommend that you read the information I gave to Andrea on his Tillandsia. I am sure he will recover.

If something is not clear, write me again.

Good evening.

Dr. Maria Giovanna Davoli
